| Installation of newspaper press at LiaoNing Daily - The second round of our commitment to China |
Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho, Ltd. has contracted with the LiaoNing Daily Newspaper Group in Shinyo, China, to install four sets of CT7100CDH newspaper web offset printing presses. Delivery of the first set was scheduled for September 2006.
Since the start of our commitment to China this will be the second installation after our first delivery to the Henan Daily Newspaper Group. The press particulars are as follows:
• 2 Color Top 4/4 shaftless web offset towers
• 1 folder
• 2 reelstands
• Max. speed: 90,000 cph
• 16 pages full color
In addition to the printing press, a TKS CS-500 Counter-Stacker will be installed. The LiaoNing Daily Newspaper Group consists of eight newspapers such as the LiaoNing Daily and the Liao Shen Evening News plus three magazines with a total daily circulation of 1.5 million copies. |
